Care Workers

What sort of person will be caring for you?

Our care workers and support workers are professional and empathetic, and all are experienced and trained in Health and Social Care. Many are also qualified in specialist clinical areas. We are bound by the rules of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in recruitment, training and supervision of all our staff.

Our Service Goal

Our service goal is to provide the best trained professional care workers and personal assistants for our customers. We only employ staff who are trained, experienced and are DBS cleared. They fulfil induction training with us and we provide regular in house refresher courses on a range of subjects relevant to our customers’ needs. This includes working with people with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health needs. All our in house training and Care Certificate training is accredited externally at QCF (NVQ) Level 2 and 3 by Your Resource.

Our Social Goal

Our social goal is to develop our care workers to be the best professionals and citizens they can be, through training and development opportunities in health and social care, literacy, IT and community leadership courses. We support our workers to progress in their career to become nurses, social workers and other health and social care professionals.
